SHIPPING:
At the current time orders are shipped to addresses located in Ontario, Alberta, and Quebec, Canada

Orders with Ontario addresses receive free shipping if the order is $35 or higher before HST is applied.   The shipping fee is $10 for all Ontario orders that are below $35.00.   

Orders with Alberta and Quebec addresses receive free shipping if the order is $50 or higher before taxes.   The shipping fee is $15 for all Alberta & Quebec orders that are below $50.00.   

Orders will not ship to P.O. Boxes.  

Orders ship via courier ground (which is the quickest method of delivery) or can be picked up at a Canada Post Office location (https://www.canadapost.ca/cpotools/apps/fpo/personal/findPostOffice) or SMART SPOT location (https://www.canpar.com/en/shipping/find_location.htm), select "I would like to drop off a package..." and enter Address, City, and Postal Code for pickup locations.   Pick up at a Canada Post Office location or SMART SPOT location is not available with GUEST checkout, creating an account is required.

Indicate a daytime address where you or someone is present for delivery, whether it be home or work.  If someone is unavailable to confirm receipt, a tag will be left on the door with pick-up instructions.   One delivery attempt is made.

Orders are considered delivered once they are left with someone at your specified Ship-To address, so if you are uncomfortable with co-residents receiving your delivery please select pick-up at a Canada Post or SMART SPOT location or at the Barrie, Ontario fulfillment location.

For apartment or condo deliveries, due to current safety restrictions, drivers will buzz from the intercom and advise that the package will be at the lobby ready for pick up.

TIMING:   Orders should arrive within 5 business days (Alberta) and 3 business days (Ontario & Quebec) after placement if courier is the chosen delivery method.   

FREE ORDER PICK-UPS:

Orders can also be picked up at 28 Currie Street #1c, Barrie, Ontario.  Pick-up is free and there is no minimum order requirement.  You will be contacted to arrange pick-up when your order is ready.   Order pick-up hours are 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Tuesday - Friday, and 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Saturday.
