Warranty & Returns

WARRANTY POLICY FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:

Products priced less than $5.00 are warrantied against defects for 30 days from the date of receipt.  Defective requests must be filed on or before the 30 day expiry.  

Products priced $5.00 or more are warrantied against defects for 90 days from the date of receipt.  Defective requests must be filed on or before the 90 day expiry.  

The warranty does not cover products that are damaged or rendered unusable through user negligence.  

Batteries are excluded from this warranty policy and are final sale.  

Campus Priority pays the shipping costs to return defective items.  

RETURN POLICY:
You may return new, unopened and unused items (ordered wrong item, no longer needed, etc.) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less return shipping costs.     (You do have the option to drop off returns at the Barrie fulfillment center;  a return request via the online store is required prior to this drop off).  

Exceptions to this return policy are batteries which are final sale.  

You may file a return request at any time up to and including 30 days from the delivery date. 

Items returned as new that are incomplete / missing components or damaged through user error / negligence or show signs of use will be denied a refund. 

RECEIVED INCORRECT ITEM:   Should you receive the incorrect item, we will pay the return shipping costs.  You may file a return request at any time up to and including 15 days from the delivery date. 

REFUND TIMING:  You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
