Privacy Policy

Planogramesis Inc. (doing business as Campus Priority) complies with the Canadian Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA):

Principle 1:  Accountability

A privacy officer is responsible for ensuring that the business, its employees and 3rd party companies, who receive personal information in the course of transacting business, are compliant with the PIPEDA.

Principle 2:  Identifying Purposes

Information is collected in order to accurately process and deliver orders, to facilitate communication with customers, and to identify fraud,or as required or pemitted by law.

Principle 3:  Consent

Except where required or permitted by law, we ensure your consent is provided in order to collect, utilize or disclose your personal information for the purposes of transacting business.

Principle 4:  Limiting Collection

Personal information is required and limited to that which is required for the purpose of transacting business, and is collected by fair and lawful means.

Principle 5:  Limiting Use, Disclosure, and Retention

Unless the individual consents otherwise or it is required by law, personal information is used strictly for the purpose of transacting business.   Information is retained only as long as required to facilitate and complete transactions.  

In line with the minimalist store design, only essential cookies that facilitate shopping within the store are used (e.g. recently viewed products/categories, security tokens, shopping tokens).   Cookies that track your movement throughout the store for analytical or marketing purposes are not used.   

Principle 6:  Accuracy

Personal information is kept accurate, complete, and up-to-date as possible in order to properly engage in business transactions.

Principle 7:  Safeguards

Multi-level security is in place to safeguard sensitive information.

Principle 9:  Individual Access

Individuals can request access to their information at privacy@campuspriority.com or by mail at 361 King Street #3, Barrie, Ontario L4N 6B5 and have it amended or updated as required.

Principle 10:  Challenging Compliance

Individuals who wish to challenge compliance with the above principles can do by contacting the Chief Privacy officer using the aforementioned contact information.

 

 In the event of conflict or inconsistency between the Canadian Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and these guiding principles, the PIPEDA will govern.
